Super Rich of Business Property and Ceramics

He is the owner of the Hotel Mulia, Eka Tjandranegara. Total wealth Rp4, 72 trillion. 
 
Forbes magazine recently re-released list of 40 richest people in Indonesia in 2010. Value of super-rich wealth of 40 people it reached U.S. $ 71 billion or around Rp640 trillion. 


The amount is increasing rapidly compared to 2009 which recorded U.S. $ 42 billion or almost Rp380 trillion. 


In the first sequence, the owner of Djarum group, Budi and Michael Hartono, listed as the richest man in Indonesia. The total wealth of U.S. $ 11 billion or almost Rp100 trillion. 


Meanwhile, the seven newcomers to foster wealth of more than U.S. $ 8 billion or about Rp72 trillion.
From the list of 40 richest people, there are owners of Hotel Mulia, Eka Tjandranegara. Total wealth Tjandranegara reached U.S. $ 525 million or around Rp 4, 72 trillion. 


64-year-old man who pursue real estate business was ranked 38th richest man in Indonesia. 


Starting from selling building materials with three siblings, Tjandranegara Noble Group has pioneered the business for 40 years. Their efforts include real estate, ceramics, metal, to glass. 


However, Tjandranegara including one of the richest men who has been rarely seen in public. 


In addition to having in the area of Hotel Mulia Senayan Jakarta, one of his companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on January 17, 1994 was PT Mulia Industrindo language. 


The company was founded on November 5, 1986 and has two subsidiaries, namely PT and PT Muliakeramik Indahraya Muliaglass. Meanwhile, the two companies as their financial vehicle is Muliaglass Finance Limited and Muliakeramik Finance Limited. 


Muliaglass produce float glass, container glass, glass block, and safety glass. Float glass products are exported to more than 50 countries with export volume reaching 65 percent of the company's production in 2000. Glass block and safety glass products are also marketed overseas. 


In contrast, the glass container products mainly sold in domestic market for consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries. 


Other subsidiaries, Muliakeramik Indahraya produce ceramic tile floors and walls. Total production capacity of approximately 160,000 square meters per day. The company claims as one of the most efficient player for domestic tile market.
