President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono boast the achievement of economic performance during 2010. One of them, Yudhoyono is proud to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Indonesia reached U.S. $ 700 billion.
Even SBY claims of Indonesia's economic volume has now ranked the 16th largest in the world. This shows the position of Indonesia has increased compared to several years ago.
"What is clear, Indonesia has entered the G-20," said SBY. G-20 is a collection of 20 countries with the largest economy in the world volume. With growing GDP, Indonesia is also increasing role in international relations and join the global economic crisis.
Not only GDP, Yudhoyono also boast the achievement of a record such as income per capita reached U.S. $ 3,000 per year, foreign exchange reserves amounted to U.S. $ 96.2 billion as of December 31, 2010, the Composite Index, the best record in the Asia Pacific region.
So, how in fact Indonesia's GDP in comparison with other major countries. If referring to data of 2010, as claimed by President SBY, ranking Indonesia has risen to the level of possibility the world 16. However, if referring to the 2009 World Bank data, Indonesia is on level 18 of the world.
